1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team

5. Refund Processing

If your return is approved:

• Refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method
• It may take additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the defect/damage
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping charges
